This year the Petty Bobcat Boosters are giving Petty families a challenge! Help us raise funds for what we hope to be our biggest fundraiser of the year....Petty Bobcat Boosters Fun Run Challenge!

Students can raise money by asking family and friends to sponsor them in our Petty Fun Run. All participants will have a chance to earn prizes. 100% of money donated during the Petty Challenge fundraiser goes directly toward supporting Petty students and staff.

So far this year the Petty Boosters have been able to fund numerous classroom grants, books for Battle of the Books, green screens for the Morning Show, two new coffee machines for the staff lounge, lunch meals for Bobcat Singers, t-shirts for Petty Orchestra members and so much more! Our biggest end of the year goal is a digital marquee sign for the outside of the school.

Our Petty Challenge Fundraising Goal is $10,000!

With almost 440 students at Petty, this breaks down to just under $23 per student to reach our goal. We can do this Bobcats!

There are several ways to donate:

Don't forget to ask family and friends to donate! Check with your work company and see if they will match your donations. Make sure to share our donation link on your social media.

Your student's name, grade and teacher must be included on all donations to be counted towards their totals. When donating online, make sure you credit the correct team. If you have more than one child, you'll need to make separate donations for each child so they can be credited to the correct team/student.  All donations are due by May 4.

All students will be participating in the FUN RUN during their gym class on Friday, May 5.

• All students will receive a small treat for participating.

• The top boy and top girl runner from each class will receive a small trophy.

Top earner from each grade will get to choose from a fun experience. For example: lunch of your choice for you and a friend with Mrs. Gerritsen, specials teacher assistant for the day for your class, and more.

Top class per grade will get a movie day with a special snack and the teacher will get a $25 Amazon gift card.

Top 10 earners in the entire school will get exclusive play time with a friend of their choice in a gaming trailer filled with the latest video gaming consoles including PS5, XBox Series X and Nintendo Switch.

On top of these great prizes, we will have school wide prizes as different fundraising goals are reached!

• $5,000 - Teacher switch!

  • Teachers will randomly switch to another classroom for short time.

• $7,500 - Silly string Mrs. Gerritsen and Mr. Reardon!

  • All students will be entered into a raffle for a chance to silly string. One winner per class.

• $10,000 - Ice cream party for the whole school!
